Ian Sargent Sensei – The New Zealand Dojo Cho

Ian Sensei has dedicated 15 years of traditional study and commitment to the traditional martial art of Karate Do, and to his students. He travels to Honbu Dojo each year, to participate in the advanced levels of training, updating his knowledge and skills.

His Yudansha Grade of Nidan was Certified by Honbu Dojo, after he completed the Nidan grading examination in September 2011 at Honbu Dojo.(Japanese Registered)

Sensei Ian trains directly under the tutelage of Garry O’Connor Hanshi, Principal Instructor Judan-10th Dan Head Examiner for Oceania Kokusai Renmei.
